Gopi Kukde is a veteran of the Indian advertising industry. His most innovative and successful creations is the Onida Devil.

He is a Gold medalist from Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art for his college campaign for the film Meera, by Gulzar. His career marked his association with leading ad agencies like Chaitra, Clarion and Everest, and JWT. In 1982, he founded the Advertising Avenues, with two others Gautam Rakshit and Ashok Roy. Campaigns he has contributed to include Asian Paints, Glaxo, Stanrose Fabrics, Centaur Hotel, and the Hawkins pressure cooker. At Avenues, he worked on UFO Jeans, Skypak Couriers, Paan Pasand and Onida"Neighbours envy owners pride". He has produced and directed ad-films for Avenues for various brands.

Apart from Art Direction, he has created catchy one-liners. His famous one-liners include the Pan Pasand one-liner, '’’Shaadi aur tumse kabhi nahin’’', '’’Chane ke bhaw kaaju’’' and the Onida Devil saying ‘’‘Neighbour’s Envy, Owner’s Pride.

Achyut Palav was born in Mumbai in 1960. He graduated with a General Diploma in Art from Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai in 1982. Under the guidance of R.K. Joshi, he honed his calligraphy skills. He then received a research scholarship from Ulka Advertising in 1984. He focused on the ‘Modi’ script, which is a specialised branch of calligraphy which was used from 15th – 17th century. He was a faculty member of the Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai..

He has participated in several exhibitions in India and abroad. He has also won many awards including the Maharashtra Film Award in 2012, 2006, 2003; Maharashtra Art Award in 1992; Communication Guild Awards in 1993, 1994 and 1998. He was felicitated by Kala Ratna Award by DD Sahyadri Navratna Puraskar and by Sindhuratna in 2016 amongst many others.

For this extraordinary artist brush became his tool and canvas his stage, at a very early age. His genius became apparent after he completed studies at J. J. School of Art in Mumbai with distinction, ever since he has been inundated with awards, success and acclaim. His vast knowledge and interest in the history of India has contributed immensely towards many projects. He is a very disciplined person who sketches and draws daily without fail. This discipline has helped him produce the majority of the paintings. Each of his painting is a masterpiece. Not only that he has acted as a guide and inspiration for Vishal Wadaye, Sakale Manojkumar and the Sawant brothers, he is a master painter of immeasurable originality and vision. The vibrancy of his masterpiece paintings uplift, delight, engage and ultimately reach out to the people.

In 2006 he became the first Indian to win the Grand Prize from the Portrait Society Of America for his painting entitled My wife. This has given him worldwide recognition. More than a hundred countries participated in this competition.

He has won many awards and honors in India and abroad and his paintings have been exhibited and sold worldwide.

Sanjay sawant's life is an amalgamation of konkan's rich culture, defying urban life of metropolis city like Mumbai and his upscaling visits to international art communities of various countries has flourished him as an accomplished artist. His roots have been ingrained in the fertile ground of J. J. School of art, rootlet of it has been widened to attract knowledge from any humanly available sources. In his art we experience the inner expressions of miniscule traces of life. His ever experimental approach toward his art has endowed him with unique style. Furthermore, indeed he share his contribution as Indian contemporary artist to impart his knowledge to raise the bar of Indian contemporary art and ultimately of art education in India to find the equilibrium of art that follows a life.

Dnyaneshwar Jagadale is an educationist who is working in the Fine Art & Design field. He has also worked on and with many award winning 2D Animation series.

A well known professional Fine Artist, specialist in realistic drawing, painting & portraits and an expert in handling, using varietal art mediums.

He has a tremendous experience in teaching Digital Matte Painting & Concept Art. Also, he actively gives demonstrations in countless studios and Fine Art colleges across India.

He has done numerous solo & group art exhibitions and has achieved several awards.

Sandeep Manchekar’s journey started when he got play with doh in his young age. He got achance to enter into ceramic studio ‘AAJ’ owned by Mr. L.R. Ajgaonkar at age of 10, it was his best time that he spent in ceramic studio in Kala nagar, Bandra.

Clay became his best companion forever, later went to Sir.J.J.School of art Mumbai for formal training and further did intense course in Pottery and low temperature glazes from CVPI and RDTDC Bangalore. In the beginning of his career, he did murals in middle eastern countries and later focused on his own stoneware pottery development. While doing range of stoneware pottery from table ware to sculptural work and developed range of clay bodies and glazes with all the different temperature.

He has established ANVI POTTERY at Wighawali dist. Raigad on Mumbai goa highway. This is the only studio in India where you get entire essential materials for pottery under one roof along with his forty years experience.Though born and brought up in Mumbai, he is close to nature and nature has been a source of inspiration for him.Since his childhood, he noticed major changes in the sky line of the city and now that horizon is reflecting to sky lines of small towns as well. Currently he is trying to create visuals on this change.
